Salary: £33,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an HR systems professional with experience supporting enterprise applications, Oracle HCM, HRIS platforms, or payroll systems within a complex organisation.We would like experience supporting HR, Payroll, or HCM systems within a complex organisation.Knowledge of one or more of the following areas is desirable: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, or Compensation.Experience investigating system issues and supporting end users.Exposure to system upgrades, testing, release management, or continuous improvement activities.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Responsibilities: We will provide functional support for Oracle HCM and associated HR and payroll processes.We will manage and resolve system issues, troubleshooting configuration and data-related queries.We will support quarterly Oracle system updates and release management activities.We will conduct impact assessments, testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing.We will maintain system documentation, process maps, and training materials.We will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.We will support data integrity and investigate data quality issues.We will deliver guidance and training to end users where required. We are partnering with a leading university to recruit a Functional Expert (HR & Payroll) on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover within our Core Systems Optimisation Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR systems professional to work in a complex organisation supporting Oracle HCM and wider HR and payroll processes. The role offers a salary of £33,000 to £35,000, 40 days leave including bank holidays and university closure days, hybrid working, and a generous pension scheme.
