Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience delivering large-scale, global technology transformation programmes.Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials ERP systems.Exceptional programme management skills, including budget management and problem-solving.Ability to manage a global team and operate in a highly complex, multi-stakeholder environment.Experience leading global solution design and development.Strong governance and senior stakeholder engagement skills.Effective planning and reporting capabilities.Comfortable operating at senior levels within a complex international organisation. Responsibilities: We will establish and lead the global programme team, including defining resource requirements across participating entities.We will implement governance, controls, and reporting structures at both global and local levels.We will lead global solution design and development, driving convergence of finance processes and systems across diverse entity landscapes.We will oversee local configuration and implementation across all entities, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the global design.We will develop and manage the integrated global programme plan, budget, benefits realisation, and key dependencies.We will partner with Directors across Technology, Finance, Transformation, and other key functions to deliver the change.We will ensure the Oracle configuration represents a genuine global standard while managing complexity arising from different system landscapes and operating models.
