Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for a hands-on engineer within the .NET tech stack.We want someone who enjoys mentoring others within the team.We need strong communication skills and experience working in a consultative role with stakeholders.We value someone who can ask the right questions and show humility when they do not know something, while knowing how to find the answer.We are looking for someone with the confidence to push back, assess what is viable, and guide the client appropriately.We want a solid .NET engineer who has worked with Umbraco, Sitecore, or other CMS platforms, or has a desire to learn. Responsibilities: We want you to take ownership of the technical direction of projects.We need you to work hands-on in software development.We expect you to liaise with stakeholders and support the client in a consultative way.We want you to mentor other team members.We need you to challenge unrealistic timescales and suggest workable solutions that keep the client engaged.
