Requirements: Strong ServiceNow development experience.Expertise in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with enterprise clients and leading technical discussions.Exposure to solution design, consulting, or pre-sales activities.Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI within ServiceNow.Customer-facing or consulting experience is highly desirable.
