Salary: £127,400 - 129,220 per year
Requirements: Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered solution engagements.Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Experience designing and developing Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio.Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and integrations.Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.Strong understanding of automation, workflow design, and business process optimisation.Experience with Power Platform solution design and implementation.Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot technologies are desirable.Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives is desirable.Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security frameworks within Microsoft 365 environments is desirable. Responsibilities: Plan, facilitate, and execute Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent discovery workshops.Engage with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for Copilot Agent adoption and automation.Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and use cases.Design solution concepts and agent architectures aligned with organisational objectives.Provide subject matter expertise across Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and best practices.Create workshop outputs including requirements documents, user journeys, process maps, and recommendations.Define proof-of-concept and pilot opportunities for Copilot Agents.Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and implementation planning.Advise on governance, security, compliance, and adoption considerations within the Microsoft ecosystem.Present findings, recommendations, and roadmaps to stakeholders and project sponsors.
