Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: Experience delivering CRM, ERP or business systems implementations.Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.Knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping and business analysis techniques.Experience coordinating UAT, deployment and post-go-live support.Strong project delivery and change management capabilities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is highly desirable.Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement experience is highly desirable.Dynamics 365 Field Service experience is highly desirable.A background as a Business Systems Manager, Functional Consultant, Implementation Manager or Applications Manager is highly desirable.Exposure to Power Platform solutions is highly desirable. Responsibilities: We take ownership of the delivery and implementation of business systems, acting as the bridge between operational teams, technology partners and senior stakeholders.We lead end-to-end business systems implementations from requirements gathering through to go-live and hypercare.We facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into system solutions.We manage third-party suppliers and implementation partners.We coordinate testing activities including UAT and defect resolution.We support data migration, process improvement and change management activities.We drive user adoption through training, communication and engagement.We monitor project risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.We ensure systems align with operational processes and business objectives.
