Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally within financial services or another highly regulated environment.TOGAF certified or equivalent enterprise architecture qualification.Deep expertise in security architecture, risk management, and regulatory compliance.Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, application, and data security.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing teams and driving architectural best practice. Responsibilities: Lead the security architecture practice, standards, and design patterns across the organisation.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align target architecture and roadmaps with strategic objectives.Manage and develop a team of Domain and Solution Architects, providing leadership across architectural reviews and technology governance.Own and evolve enterprise-wide security architecture, frameworks, and roadmaps.Ensure architectural decisions meet security, risk, and regulatory requirements.Chair architecture review boards and provide guidance on secure technology adoption and integration.Coach and mentor architects to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.Translate strategic security objectives into practical architectural direction.
