Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Retail Solution Architect.We are keen to speak with architects who have strong experience delivering technology solutions within retail environments.Ideal experience includes retail technology architecture.Ideal experience includes store systems and in-store technology.Ideal experience includes EPOS platforms and modernisation programmes.Ideal experience includes omnichannel retail solutions.Ideal experience includes multi-site technology architecture and design.Ideal experience includes end-to-end solution design across complex retail estates. Responsibilities: Lead solution architecture and design across multiple retail locations.Support the implementation of a new home delivery platform.Support the implementation of a new hotel booking system.Drive EPOS modernisation initiatives.Guide the introduction of a new till system.Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational requirements and long-term strategy. We are supporting a major transformation programme across a large multi-site retail estate. This contract role is for a Retail Solution Architect, working 2 days per week on site in Birmingham for an initial 6-month duration. The rate is £500 to £600 outside IR35.
