Requirements: Experience in an analytical, commercial insight, or customer analytics role.Advanced SQL skills.Experience working with cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake.Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills.Experience using Python for analysis.Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.Commercially minded with the ability to influence decision-making through insight.Experience in commercially focused analytics such as finance, pricing, retention, acquisition, CRM, or customer value analysis. Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across commercial, product, and customer teams to provide actionable insight.Analyse customer behaviour, profitability, lifetime value, and retention trends.Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and customer experience.Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and business actions.Support strategic projects and help drive data-led decision making.
