Salary: £98,800 - 109,200 per year
Requirements: Deep, hands-on expertise in SAP ECC Payroll and Time ManagementProven experience in payroll system implementations and steady-state supportAdvanced knowledge of payroll system capabilities, limitations, and data integration across HR, Time, and Finance platformsStrong analytical skills, including root-cause analysis, data mining, and E2E test scenario designExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to facilitate meetings, present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, and write clear user stories and technical specifications Responsibilities: Partner with local business teams to gather payroll and compliance requirements and translate them into functional specifications for our external payroll vendorOversee the payroll vendors product build to ensure alignment with the Blueprint document and local regulatory and compliance standardsManage integration and data flow between Workday, General Ledger, banking systems, and HR/Time platformsDesign end-to-end test scenarios, define expected results, and support data mining efforts to ensure accurate payroll executionAct as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for defects and implementation issues, including root-cause analysis and rapid resolutionWork closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to manage handoffs, resolve dependencies, and keep the project on track Technologies: E2EFlowSupportSAP More:
We are hiring for a contract/freelance SAP Payroll and HCM Consultant role based in London, UK, with a hybrid working arrangement. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a critical system separation project, creating new legal entities and enabling separate end-to-end payroll runs within our legacy environment.
