About this role

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements: We require candidates to be willing and eligible to hold SC and eDV clearance.We require experience of working in an Agile, SCRUM or DevOps delivery model.We require experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.We require experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Puppet, Chef or Ansible.We require experience building and deploying large-scale applications in Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines.We require experience with container platforms and orchestration systems such as ECS, AKS, Kubernetes, Helm or Docker.We require experience with automation and integration tools such as Jenkins, Concourse CI or cloud equivalents.We require experience in scripting languages and source control. Responsibilities: We deploy applications and software to cloud or on-prem environments across our business areas.We build and set up development tools and infrastructure.We understand the needs of project stakeholders.We automate and improve development and release processes.We ensure systems are safe and secure against cyber security threats.We identify technical problems and develop software updates and solutions.We work with other engineers to ensure development follows established processes and works as intended.
