Requirements: We are looking for a degree-educated candidate in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline.We need experience across the full software development lifecycle and the full tech stack.We require strong experience with Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.We need a solid understanding of APIs and permission-based systems.We are looking for proven software architecture experience, including building systems from scratch.We need someone who can assess, recommend, and make technical decisions with long-term product strategy in mind.We require strong technical project leadership skills and client-facing experience.We need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with RBAC systems would be beneficial. Responsibilities: We will have you collaborate with our CTO on the overall design and architecture of our product tech stack.You will work on greenfield applications and help create our beta product.You will be hands-on with architecture, design, and coding.You will build and refine complex business logic, authentication, and security features.You will work across the full tech stack, including backend and frontend elements where needed.You will gather requirements and liaise with clients on bespoke product development.You will help make technical decisions that support our long-term product strategy. We are a HealthTech start-up founded by two highly successful, Cambridge University educated management consultants, and we are building technology to improve patient and social care by increasing access to patient records and enabling better collaboration between healthcare providers. Our work is tech for good, with a mission to improve nursing and medical care for all. The role is mainly remote, with work from home most of the time, plus occasional time in our London office every three weeks and visits to clients in the South West as needed.
