Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: Expert knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacityCertified Technical Architect and ambition to do Certified Master Architect if not completed alreadyMinimum of 5 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor by implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviewsMinimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certificationsExperience in 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.)Experience operating in a Technical Design Authority mode and demonstrable trusted advisor experienceAbility to demonstrate advanced scripting and integration skills – JavaScript, SQL, API Web ServicesExperience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)Cloud migration experience (nice to have)GenAI experience (nice to have)ITILv4 or equivalent Certified (nice to have)SC clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required Responsibilities: Architect system solutions with ServiceNow to address business challengesProvide thought leadership and consultation to stakeholders, including options with pros, cons, and risksManage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacityIdentify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teamsEngage in continuous learning and undertake new certifications as needed Technologies: AIAPIAWSArchitectAzureCloudGCPITSMJavaScriptSQLServiceNowWeb More:
