Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within finance transformation programmes.Strong understanding of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, financial controls).Advanced Visio skills with demonstrable experience producing process maps and workflow documentation.Background in consulting or large-scale change environments.Experience working with finance systems (ERP, EPM, reporting tools).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work autonomously in a consulting environment.Must be commutable to the North West at least 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Lead business analysis activities across finance transformation workstreams.Gather, document, and challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Map current-state and future-state finance processes using Microsoft Visio.Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.Support solution design across finance systems (ERP, EPM, reporting, controls, data).Facilitate workshops with finance SMEs, technology teams, and senior stakeholders.Translate complex financial and operational needs into clear, actionable deliverables.Contribute to project governance, RAID management, and progress reporting.
