Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: 7+ years in solution architecture or senior technical delivery roles.Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA).Proven experience in Private Equity-backed companies.Direct involvement in M&A integrations, carve-outs, or divestitures.Experience delivering ERP separation or consolidation projects.Strong integration experience (APIs, middleware, finance system integrations).Experience working with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS preferred). Responsibilities: Own end-to-end technical solution design across SAP ERP and integrated systems.Produce high-quality solution designs, integration specifications, and technical documentation.Work closely with development, infrastructure, and third-party partners to ensure successful implementation.Remain hands-on in configuration oversight, integration design, and technical troubleshooting.Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to business requirements.Act as the technical lead for SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) solutions.Design SAP-centric solutions across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.Lead data migration, integration design, and system optimisation initiatives.Support SAP transformations, upgrades, and post-acquisition system harmonisation.Deliver technical workstreams during carve-outs and integrations.Support ERP separation activities and TSA exit plans.Lead system integration between acquired entities and core platforms.Perform technical assessments of newly acquired environments.Operate effectively in fast-paced, cost-conscious PE-backed settings.Partner with Finance, Operations, and Transformation teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.Communicate solution options, trade-offs, and risks clearly.Manage third-party system integrators and SAP partners.Support due diligence activities with practical technical insight.
