Main duties of the job As Private Patients (Clarity) Operations Manager, you'll take responsibility for operational performance across all CHEC hospital sites, ensuring services are efficient, commercially successful and responsive to patient demand. You will act as the operational lead for Clarity services, working with colleagues across the business to maximise appointment utilisation, improve patient access, strengthen referral pathways and drive sustainable growth.

Job description Job responsibilities What You'll Be Doing Leading private patient operational performance across multiple sites. Driving delivery of revenue, utilisation and growth targets. Ensuring appointment availability aligns with patient demand. Monitoring enquiry management and conversion performance. Producing insightful performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement. Working alongside clinical, operational, commercial and finance teams to optimise services. Supporting patient choice by expanding access opportunities and referral pathways. Collaborating with marketing teams to increase patient awareness and demand. Building strong relationships with consultants, insurers, referral partners and stakeholders. Leading performance meetings and promoting operational best practice across the organisation. Identifying opportunities for service improvement and enhancing the patient journey. What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate: Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in business, healthcare management, operations, finance or a related field. Significant operational management experience, ideally within healthcare, private patient services or a multi-site environment. Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering against revenue, utilisation and performance targets. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions. Strong analytical capability and experience using data to drive decision-making. Experience producing performance reports and implementing improvement plans. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
