Job summary This is an exciting opportunity to work within our dermatology service, supporting clinicians during minor surgery clinics and contributing to excellent patient outcomes throughout the patient journey.
Main duties of the job As a Dermatology Practitioner, you'll play a key role in the safe and effective delivery of patient care by:
Supporting clinicians during dermatology and minor operations clinics Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring equipment is clean, safe and ready for use Acting as a chaperone during examinations and procedures Assisting with patient assessments, care delivery and discharge processes Providing patients with clear post-procedure advice and information Handling and preparing histology samples in accordance with procedures Supporting infection prevention and control standards Ensuring a positive, professional and compassionate patient experience at all times
