Main duties of the job We at Cora Health are delighted to be recruiting for an Operations manager. You will join our team of Operations Managers nationally to lead and manage our NHS services for North West London. The main purpose of the Operations Manager role is to: Plan and deliver services in line with customer expectations and contractual requirements. Ensure services are delivered in line with financial planning Support continuous improvement to improve value in healthcare Ensure that your team are equipped and supported to carry out their role. We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. We are looking for a well-organised Operations Manager, to motivate and lead their team using their inspiring leadership skills to enable the team to deliver quality clinical care for patients with Musculoskeletal and persistent pain conditions. You will lead a regional leadership team of Clinical Leads and Team Leads who line manage an energetic multi-disciplinary team of physiotherapists, osteopaths, sports therapists, podiatrists, doctors, and nurses delivering expert clinical care serving the area.

As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of your services, working closely with clinical and corporate colleagues to ensure safe, effective, and high-performing delivery.

Operational Leader - Lead and manage service delivery across your portfolio, ensuring performance against KPIs, quality standards, and contractual requirements Performance Driver - Monitor and analyse service performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, access, and patient outcomes People Leader - Support and develop teams, creating a positive, high-performing culture where colleagues can thrive Service Improver - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supporting pathway optimisation and service transformation Stakeholder Partner - Build strong relationships with internal teams, commissioners, and system partners to ensure collaborative and effective service delivery

You'll work as part of a collaborative leadership team, playing a key role in shaping and delivering services that make a real difference to patients' lives.

About You

We're looking for a proactive and experienced operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You'll be able to demonstrate:

Experience in an operational management role, ideally within healthcare or a similar regulated environment Strong understanding of performance management, KPIs, and service delivery Experience leading and developing teams, with a people-focused leadership style Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience working within NHS or community healthcare services Experience managing multi-site or geographically dispersed services Experience in service transformation, pathway redesign, or mobilisation Knowledge of healthcare governance and compliance requirements
