Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant, youll play a vital role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include person-centred care, such as supporting residents with personal care like bathing, dressing, oral care while promoting independence and choice. You'll also contribute to care reviews to ensure support plans reflect individual needs. Administering medication safely according to procedures forms a key part of the role. Taking part in social activities, outings, and meaningful engagements within the home promotes companionship. You will help new or existing colleagues through shadowing and teamwork, supporting the smooth running of the home when required. Previous care experience is preferred as this is a night role, however, fully funded training is provided for those who lack experience but possess a caring, positive, and reliable nature.

What Were Looking For A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK, please note: Under new guidance we are unable to accept skilled or student visas
Caring, positive, and reliable individuals
Previous care experience preferred as this is a night role, however fully funded training is provided
Opportunity Available: Day Care Assistant - maternity cover: 30 hours per week, 8am to 8pm on a two-week rolling rota to include working alternate weekends
Bank Care Assistant - to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts - this is a zero hour contract

Qualifications Essential
A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK. Caring, positive, and reliable individuals looking for a rewarding role. Previous care experience preferred for night role. Fully funded training provided.
