Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service and staff team. Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills. A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service. Driving Licence and access to a vehicle. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Previous experience as a Registered Manager is highly desirable. Applicants should have demonstrable experience working within a respite service, ideally within the Learning Disability sector, and a strong understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks. Proven leadership and management experience, along with excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills, are essential. A flexible approach to working hours, a driving licence, and access to a vehicle are also required. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of 12 months remaining on their Right to work in the UK.
