• On-Site Facilitation: Assist students with navigating online learning materials and digital coursework during assigned campus shift blocks.

• Student Advisory: Answer student questions, provide live feedback during lab procedures, and offer professional mentorship during coverage hours.

• Documentation & Attendance: Accurately record evening student attendance and log student clinical performance during substitute coverage shifts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensure: Current Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in good standing in Colorado.

• Education & Training: Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program or recognized Veterinary Assistant program OR a minimum of four (4) years of verified job-related training and experience.

• Clinical Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of occupational experience in a clinical veterinary setting.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and LMS familiarity).

• Availability: Flexible availability to cover evening shifts on-site at the Denver campus as campus coverage needs arise.

• Hiring Range: $23.73 to $29.66 per hour.

• Ultimate Flexibility: Pick up evening coverage shifts that fit around your full-time day job or clinic schedule.

• Retirement Options: 401(k) Plan eligibility and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participation (subject to hours-worked milestones).

• Perks: Colorado Paid Sick Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Employee Discount Programs.
