Job Title: Maintenance I.II.III Department: Maintenance
Job Summary
Under general supervision, repair and maintain simple machinery and mechanical equipment by performing required pre-operational, in-process and post batch inspections.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Dismantle devices to gain access to clean and remove/repair defective parts.
• Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Install special functional and structural parts in devices.
• Lubricates and cleans parts.
• Runs devices to test their performance.
• Perform building and plant equipment inspections and audits.
• Perform building and plant upgrades.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counting.
• Contribute to team effort, i.e. assisting in any area required, etc.
• Train designated employees on related procedures.
• Participate in safety, loss control, accident, incident and rework investigations, as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain preventive maintenance records, logs, and reports.
• Ability to operate safely and efficiently a wide variety of power equipment and hand tools
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in a related field
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Valid state driver's license, with a good driving record
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Information & Compensation & Benefits
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday – Friday between 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM. This position requires flexibility to work within these hours.
Pay: This position has a salary range of $22.00-$27.00 per hour. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location
Bonus Pay: Meridian offers an incentive plan for 2025 focused on safety, quality, and financial metrics. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with earned payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
