Here in the Inside Sales Team we have daily contact with car industry customers located the whole world such as Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Porsche or Ferrari. Each day we support the sales operations and customer sales channel teams with projects that will help leverage our sales team capabilities.
This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quotation processes, customer communication and cooperation with engineering teams within the automotive industry.
Your Role:
Support assigned customer accountsBeing the first point of contact for assigned customers purchasing teamsReceive and process quotation requestsPrepare quotations, reports and related documentationUpdate pricing in SAP/QADConfigure new products based on customer requirementsSupport customers with technical documentsCooperate with engineering and other internal teams to support quotation activitiesMaintaining price lists dedicated to specific OEMs Your Background:
Student statusAvailability (minimum 20 h per week or more)Fluent English skills, additional languages will be an asset (our customers are from all over the world)Good knowledge of MS OfficeStrong analytical skills and attention to detailWillingness to learnExcellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) will be considered a strong advantage.
