Job Description Summary Healthcare Call Center Representative – Primary Care (On‑Site, Full Time)
Location: 3101 Hwy 71 East, Suite 101, Bastrop, TX 78602
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Pay: $18–$19/hr

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Call Center Representative to work on‑site in our Bastrop primary care clinic. Only candidates with prior healthcare call‑center experience will be considered. This role requires managing high‑volume inbound calls and supporting clinical workflows in a fast‑paced medical environment. How will you make an impact & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Scheduling primary care appointments
• Providing test results to patients
• Processing medication refill requests
• Taking and routing provider messages
• Managing high‑volume inbound calls (125–130 calls/day)
• Delivering professional, compassionate patient communication
• Documenting all patient interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
• Healthcare call center experience (required)
• High‑volume call center experience (required)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and primary care workflows
• Medical Assistant background is a plus
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Must have a medical/healthcare background to apply
• Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation Range: $18.00to $27.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
