Department Overview The Marketing Department's Lesson & Range Group operates a platform connecting golf lesson schools and indoor practice facilities nationwide with users who want to start or improve their golf skills, boasting the No. 1 record in the number of listed facilities. We are currently not only expanding our existing reservation portal business but also pursuing a grand mission of "creating new markets" with the aim of revitalizing the entire golf industry, and we work toward this goal every day. Rakuten GORA Lesson Reservation Service https://gora.golf.rakuten.co.jp/doc/cnt-lesson/ Position: Why We Hire The golf industry faces a challenge: many people perceive golf as "exclusive" and "difficult to improve at," causing them to quit before discovering its enjoyment. We are convinced that the key to breaking down this barrier lies in "lessons."
Currently, Rakuten GORA's lesson and school business goes beyond being a mere reservation portal, embracing the VISION of "creating a new market in the golf lesson industry and increasing the number of golfers who enjoy the sport for life." Leveraging Rakuten's vast user base and data, we aim to maximize client acquisition, optimally connect users with facilities, and revitalize the entire industry.
As we enter a phase of service expansion, we are looking for partners to join us in shaping the future of golf beyond existing frameworks. Won't you join us in spreading the appeal of golf? You will be able to plan and execute new customer acquisition models that go beyond the framework of existing portal sites, driving digital transformation in the golf lesson industry and attracting beginners into the world of golf. You will be responsible for planning, proposing, and executing initiatives by leveraging Rakuten GORA's user base, Rakuten Points, and the group's marketing data as powerful assets.
This is a socially significant role that addresses the challenge of "I started golf but can't improve and don't know where to go," expanding golf's reach as a lifelong sport. Position Details In this position, you will conduct consulting sales for new member proposals to Rakuten GORA and maximize customer acquisition for existing member facilities, targeting golf lesson schools and indoor practice ranges nationwide.
