REQ14987 Coordinator, Loyalty Marketing Administration (Open)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coordinator Administration, Loyalty Marketing assists the department’s Management with the co-ordination and implementation of all related paperwork, rostering, pay summary and record maintaining.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Is responsible for preparing all training materials as instructed by the Loyalty Marketing Manager • Ensures training scheduling, communication and attendance and records it accordingly • Liaises with the Loyalty Marketing team as well as the management of other departments, ensuring efficient communication of all tasks allocated • Ensures all shifts are approved and there is a clear track record of the department’s attendance • Liaises with HR as to ensure efficient coordination of all staff needs • Keeps track and reports on Annual Leave scheduling and balance • Is responsible for the coordination of the Disciplinary and Counseling Procedure within the department: scheduling the meetings, communications with the team, drafting the necessary documents • Ensures correct maintenance of the department’s Inventory, both internal documents and stationery as well as Melco Club Products inventory • Ensures all marketing materials of the department are in the correct stock (forms, leaflets, etc; liaises with Marketing department to order, follow up, confirm the delivery of the request • Assists the department Management in the Recruitment Process by scheduling the Selection • Interviews and setting up all appointments • Is responsible for any reporting related to the Administration of the department as requested by the management • Assists with the creation, communication and implementation of department’s Procedures and Workflows • Assists the Loyalty Marketing Managers and Supervisors in any request related to filling or scanning of documentation • Assists, if requested, in any Audit Inquiry or reporting
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• All equipment is in place as required by the business needs • Adequate attendance reporting by daily updating the Time Manager • Stationary level is appropriate at all times to serve all areas of the department • All administrative forms and reports are collected and communicated according to the department’s SOP
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
• Administration experience, min. 2 years
Skills
• Able to proficiently communicate in English and Greek both spoken and business writing skills • Computer literate • Proves employee and customer orientation • Has strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
