In this role, you will oversee and guide a talented group of professionals, including AI developers, forward-deployed engineers, and Python experts. Your primary focus will be to drive the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions that push the boundaries of technology. As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Enterprise AI and Advanced Tech department, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the industry.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work. • Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to integrate AI solutions into real-world environments. • Oversee the development and deployment of Python-based AI applications, ensuring efficiency and scalability. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and advanced technologies, and incorporate them into our strategies. • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving. • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored AI solutions. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI development and deployment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in AI development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. • Proficiency in Python programming and a deep understanding of AI frameworks and libraries. • Experience with forward-deployed engineering and the ability to bridge the gap between AI and real-world applications. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-centric approach. • Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and GenAI techniques is preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing technologies. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. • A passion for AI and a desire to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
