To view the full job description click on the following link: Student Success Facilitator, Elementary Employment Term (days): 187 Pay Scale: Administrative - Instruction 2 Primary Purpose: Provide assistance for students and their families to identify and remove barriers in school readiness, success, and attendance. Work with families of at-risk students in danger of not meeting grade level expectations. Collaborate with campus team and district departments to remove barriers to student success, particularly for student identified as at-risk. Qualification Guidelines: Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field Valid Texas teaching certification (preferred) Experience: Experience working in education, social service, or family support settings Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills Knowledge of community resources and support services Ability to facilitate Student Success Teams Knowledge of student attendance requirements Ability to collect and analyze data for program evaluation and improvement Bilingual (preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities None
