To view the full job description click on the following link: Project Success Mentor Employment Term (days): 187 Pay Scale: Paraprofessional 4 Primary Purpose: To help provide interventions for homeless and at-risk students to help them remain in and be successful in school. Qualification Guidelines: Education/Certifications: High School diploma or GED Associate's degree (preferred) or 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth Experience: Two years' of experience working with at-risk youth Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Effective communication and organizational skills necessary to network with school staff, community agencies, students, and parents Knowledge of school attendance, enrollment, and schedules (preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities: None
