Maquoketa High School has the following opening: MS Football Coach 2026-2027 school year Qualifications:
• Current coaching endorsement or authorization
• Lead a clear program vision that promotes athlete development, safety, and respect.
• Model ethical conduct and comply with all district, state, and organizational policies.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with athletes, families, and staff.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment that protects athlete well-being.
• Foster a positive team culture that values effort, growth, and participation.
• Plan and run purposeful practices and prepare teams for competition.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth to support long-term program success.
