Your mission To ensure efficient warehouse operations through accurate receiving, storage, record-keeping, and timely issuance of materials, while maintaining inventory accuracy and preventing damage, shortages, and losses. Responsibilities <ul><li>Receiving, weighing, storing, and issuing inventory items from the warehouse.</li><li>Checking received goods and materials against accompanying documents.</li><li>Sorting and arranging inventory items by type, purpose, and other relevant criteria.</li><li>Coordinating the loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the warehouse.</li><li>Preparing and assembling orders based on requests from internal departments.</li><li>Preparing documentation related to defects, repairs, write-offs, shortages, and damaged items.</li><li>Maintaining warehouse inventory records and reports on the movement of materials.</li><li>Ensuring proper storage of inventory items and participating in stocktaking activities.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar position.</li><li>Understanding of goods receiving, storage, order picking, and issuing processes.</li><li>Experience working with accompanying documents and maintaining inventory records.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel and/or warehouse management software.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a responsible approach to work.</li><li>English: reading technical documentation.</li></ul>
