We operate at the intersection of rapid prototyping and cutting-edge hardware, turning bold concepts into flight-ready systems. Our team thrives on solving non-standard technical challenges, bypassing red tape, and pushing materials and components to their absolute limits in extreme environments.<br><br>As a <strong>UAV Assembly Mechanic</strong>, you will be the hands that bring these cutting-edge designs to life. You’ll turn engineering schematics into precision-built prototypes, working closely with engineers to assemble, integrate, and fine-tune next-generation drone platforms for real-world flight testing.<br></span> Your mission To transform cutting-edge engineering concepts and schematics into flight-ready, precision-built UAV prototypes that push the limits of technology. Responsibilities <ul><li><strong>Prototype Assembly: </strong>manual assembly of experimental UAV prototypes (multirotors, fixed-wing, VTOL) based on technical documentation and engineering specs.</li><li><strong>System Installation: </strong>mounting and wiring motors, flight controllers, navigation systems, video links, and antenna modules.</li><li><strong>Electronics Work: </strong>component soldering, custom cable harness fabrication, and PCB quality checks.</li><li><strong>Mechanical Fabrication:</strong> working with composite materials (carbon fiber, fiberglass) and operating 3D printers to produce mounts and auxiliary parts.</li><li><strong>Testing & Maintenance: </strong>participating in bench and field testing of prototypes; performing quick repairs and structural modifications post-test.</li></ul><br> Qualifications <ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2+ years of hands-on experience in UAV assembly, repair, and maintenance.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills: </strong>proficiency with soldering tools and bench/fitting equipment.</li><li><strong>Software Knowledge: </strong>understanding of configuration software (Betaflight, ArduPilot, Mission Planner).</li><li><strong>Personal Attributes: </strong>strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to solve non-standard tasks under tight deadlines.</li></ul>
