We are looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support services.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the parent and baby team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of day-to-day operations. The role will involve a variety of administrative duties to support the team and service users accessing the service.
Main duties of the job
Offering administrative support to the whole perinatal and maternal mental health team.
You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to support with the administrative task and at times be the first port of contact for people accessing the service.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, approachable and responsive who can bring new and innovative ideas to the admin team.

Job description Job responsibilities
Providing and receiving routine information to inform work colleagues, patients, clients, carers, the public or other external contacts. In particular, this will involve:
Responding appropriately to requests for information
Act on correspondence referring to the appropriate person as required.
Providing routine information to manager and colleagues,Answering routine telephone queries from patients/clients/carers/colleagues/public or other external contacts
Preparation/completion of routine documents, including letters, reports, presentations and forms
e.g. purchase order requisitions, photocopying, filing
Handling telephone queries including full reception duties
Assisting patients/clients/relatives during incidental contacts
The role will require capacity to make decisions, which may require consideration of a range of options, such as:
Judgements on how to deal with enquiries, patients/carers/external contacts. Prioritisingworkload.
Responsible for data entry, text processing or storage of data compiled by others, utilising paper or computer based data entry systems.
Understanding of a range of routine work procedures some of which may fall outside of the immediate work area. In particular this will involve an understanding of and compliance with relevant deadlines and procedures legislation, procedures, schemes.
