A rare opportunity has become available to join the friendly administration team at Wallingford Community Hospital on a part-time maternity cover contract. You'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the hospital, acting as a welcoming first point of contact for patients, visitors, and colleagues while ensuring our administrative services run efficiently.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment, providing a comprehensive administrative service.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with a diverse range of people in a sensitive and confidential manner. Strong organisational and IT skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will be comfortable multitasking, working in a fast paced environment and prioritising workloads effectively.
