Summary: The Logistics Coordinator optimizes the supply chain by tracking inventory, processing shipping documentation, and scheduling cost-effective freight movement. They bridge warehousing, procurement, and transportation using SAP S/4HANA environments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: F reight & Transport Coordination: Select carriers, plan routes, and schedule loads using the Transportation Management (TM) module Document Processing: Generate packing slips, bill of lading, and shipping paperwork Tracking & Tracing: Monitor inbound and outbound freight statues to ensure on-time delivery Vendor Collaboration: Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and transport partners to resolve delivery issues and manage exceptions SD (Sales and Distribution): Manages customer orders, deliveries, and billing Compliance & Reporting: Ensure shipments meet DOT/hazmat regulations and generate metrics for on-time delivery (OTD) Communication: Acting as the liaison between carriers, suppliers, and customers Manages daily correspondence with freight forwarders, warehouse staff, drivers, and customers to resolve delivery exceptions and route updates Qualifications: System Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or ShipERP. Experience processing transactions such as MIGO, VA02, VL10, delivery creation, serial number management, and posting goods issue/outbound deliveries. Strategic Skills: Minimize the cost or time required to transport products Logistical Skills: Sollid understanding of supply chain processes ERP System : Proficiency in SAP Organization Skills : Attention to detail, effective communication, and maintaining smooth supply chain workflows Education/Experience: 1–3 years of logistics, shipping/receiving, supply chain, or customer service experience. Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook email, Teams & Sharepoint Language Skills: Ability to read and understand English instructions Mathematical Skills: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division Work Environment: Warehouse and manufacturing environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
