What you'll do Own and continuously improve Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and File Services Provide expert 2nd and 3rd line technical support and participate in an agreed on-call rotation Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex collaboration, authentication, identity, mail flow, and file service issues Manage configuration, administration, upgrades, testing, deployments, and service changes across the M365 environment Translate security requirements into practical solutions, including MFA, Conditional Access, least-privilege access, retention, data protection, sharing policies, and auditing Drive service reliability, resilience, compliance, automation, and operational excellence Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Azure DevOps pipelines to automate administration, reporting, and operational tasks Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT, business teams, and external vendors to deliver secure and scalable collaboration services Support audits, access reviews, compliance activities, and risk remediation initiatives Create and maintain high-quality documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards Mentor colleagues, share expertise, and contribute to building a strong technical community What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Enterprise File Services Strong expertise in: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows File Services, NTFS permissions, SMB/DFS, Azure Files Experience implementing security and governance best practices, including Conditional Access, MFA, privileged access, retention, auditing, and least-privilege access models Experience with PowerShell scripting (highly desirable) Experience using Azure DevOps Pipelines for automation Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), change management, and supplier collaboration Excellent communication skills and fluency in English What We Offer International, diverse, and highly collaborative working environment Hybrid work model (2 times per week on-site) Private life insurance (Ergo Hestia) Comprehensive medical care (Lux Med) Pension scheme (PPK with PZU) Multisport card supporting an active lifestyle Annual performance bonus (STI) rewarding results and contribution Accident-free bonus awarded when defined safety targets are met and no incidents occur on the manufacturing site Modern office located at Żelazna 2, Katowice 📄 Employment Details 3-month probation period Permanent employment contract 📬 Application Please send your CV in English.
