About this role
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the Customer Service eCommerce Representative will perform customer service duties to deliver excellent experiences to our eCommerce ASICS consumers from the beginning to end of each customer journey.

Assist Ecommerce consumers with a range of enquires across various platforms, be it an order update or assisting with a returnActioning consumer requests for order cancelations, working on recalling and refunding the ordersManaging Returns activities, (both Good and Distributors Faulty), within the ASICS Distribution Centre to support the returns business process in a timely mannerManaging reconciliations with the accounts department for refunds or payment issuesWorking with our payment platform, identifying any cases of fraud and actioning appropriatelyMaintain productivity and accurate standardsFollow department standard operating proceduresAdhere to all safety requirementsUndertake ad-hoc administrative duties and reporting as requiredProviding problem ownership, complaints handling, follow-up, resolution and feedbackEstablish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
