About this role
Your job: Manage and continuously improve Information Security activities across Festo entities in EMEA Act as the main contact and advisor for information security requirements, controls, and risks Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and risk management processes Drive information security awareness and training initiatives Monitor, report, and escalate security risks, incidents, and the effectiveness of security measures Coordinate and support internal/external ISMS audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities Collaborate with Corporate Information Security and Cyber Security teams on security operations and incidents Ensure compliance with local regulatory and governance requirements Build and maintain relationships with authorities, auditors, and external cybersecurity organizations Your qualification: Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field 2+ years of experience in information security, IT audit, IT consulting, or a similar role Knowledge of ISMS, information security risk management, governance, and compliance Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, ISO 31000, or BSI Good understanding of IT processes (e.g., ITIL) and general IT infrastructure Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English and willing to travel Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISM, CISSP, CISA) Your benefits at a glance: Working model: hybrid, 2 day/ week in office Culture: people-focused, strong team spirit Growth: trainings, global projects, expert collaborationGlobal Network: multiple cultures, language practice, business tripsAdditional: engaging events & sports, modern office, free parking. perks.lt app You can find more detailed information about Festo as an employer here: www.festo.com/career We look forward to receiving your online application.
