Then this opportunity at SMA Benelux may be exactly what you're looking for. ☀️ About the Role As a Field Service Engineer LS , you will be responsible for maintaining, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairing SMA's commercial and utility-scale solar inverter systems across the Benelux region. You'll play a key role in ensuring optimal system performance and minimizing downtime for our customers. Working closely with some of the leading companies in the solar industry, you'll combine technical expertise with excellent customer service to deliver the highest standards of support and reliability. 🔧 What You'll Do Commission, inspect, maintain, and repair photovoltaic (PV) systems and SMA inverter technology. Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site. Work with both string and central inverter systems. Support customers with troubleshooting and service-related inquiries. Manage service logistics and spare parts. Document activities and technical findings in SAP CRM. Ensure compliance with the highest health, safety, and quality standards. Travel throughout the Benelux region to support renewable energy installations ✅ What We're Looking For Technical Profile Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanics. Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical systems or power electronics. Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, measurement equipment, and safety regulations. Understanding of IP networking technology. Experience with MS Office and SAP. Personal Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Positive attitude and good sense of humor. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage Valid Category B driving license.
