【工作內容】 作為華邦的(竹北)Flash Memory IC 設計工程師_PM30，你將負責替客戶設計符合需求的電路圖，與製程研發/CAD/產品測試/FAE等團隊合作，完成重要專案。工作內容包含： 1. Logic circuit design of NAND flash 2. Verification and simulation of NAND flash 3. ECC error bit detectable rate emulation by C++ 【條件要求】 學歷要求：碩士 科系要求：電機電子工程相關 │ │ 相關經驗：3年以上 語言能力：英文 中級 │ │ 管理責任：No 輪班需求：No 出差需求：1個月以下 外派需求：No 其他條件： Must-have skills： 1. familiar with electronic circuit design (analog or digital IC design) 2. familiar with MCU basic structure and operation 3. familiar with NC-Verilog , STA tools, C++ Plus skills： 1. familiar with Unix , Excel VBA is plus 2. familiar with operation of hspice, Verilog, DC, laker tools is plus 3. experience of working with 4156 or oscilloscope is plus.
