From preparing guest rooms to maintaining public spaces and supporting event operations, your attention to detail helps ensure every visitor enjoys an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:   Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and banquet spaces to company standards. Make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, replenish room amenities, and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and presentable. Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the  appropriate department Using cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently, following proper protocols Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and other departments to ensure guest requests and operational needs are met. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies while maintaining a positive, professional attitude with guests and team members. Perform other related duties as required to support hotel and event operations.
