Beauty Works Day & Medi Spa is a luxurious and tranquil retreat, offering our clients a wide range of rejuvenating services in a serene environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. *Position Summary:* As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all guests. You?ll ensure that each guest receives a warm welcome, a seamless check-in experience, and exceptional customer service throughout their visit. You?ll also handle administrative tasks and provide support to the spa team, helping to maintain the smooth operation of the spa.
*Key Responsibilities:*
· Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude upon arrival.
· Assist guests with booking, confirming, and rescheduling spa appointments.
· Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and courteous manner.
· Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
· Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
· Provide information on spa services, promotions, and packages.
· Collaborate with spa therapists and staff to ensure excellent service.
· Assist with retail product sales and recommend appropriate products to clients.
· Manage guest requests, concerns, and special needs promptly.
· Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
· Handle administrative tasks such as filing, inventory tracking, and supply management.
*Qualifications:*
· High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
· Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office or equivalent).
· Knowledge of spa treatments and services is a plus, but not required.
· Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
· Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
· Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
