We?re looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of marketing, taking ownership of projects, turning ideas into results, and staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and AI tools.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. * Manage social media accounts and create engaging content. * Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. * Improve local SEO and Google Business Profiles. * Create email marketing campaigns and promotional materials. * Track campaign performance and analyze marketing data. * Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
*Qualifications*
* 2+ years of experience in marketing. * Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation. * Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media management. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Self-motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple projects at once. * Experience with marketing platforms, content creation tools, AI, website management systems, or similar digital marketing software is an asset.
