Responsibilities
* Install, replace, and service residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, etc.) * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications * Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards * Provide exceptional customer service on every job * Work safely and maintain a clean job site * Collaborate with team members and support apprentices as needed
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years? HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial) * Red Seal/Journeyperson certification (or in progress) preferred * Valid driver?s license with clean driving record * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
