*Job Overview*
Revolution Health is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our busy Vancouver healthcare practice.
This is a front desk and patient support role for someone who enjoys people, communicates clearly, follows systems well, and brings positive energy to the office every day. You will be a key part of creating an excellent patient experience, keeping the schedule running smoothly, and supporting the doctors and team with daily clinic operations.
This is not a ?hide behind the desk? role. We are looking for someone who is warm, accountable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment.
No chiropractic experience is required. Specialized training will be provided. Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Monday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Lunch: 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
Tuesday: 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Lunch: 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Lunch: 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am to 11:30 am
This is a part-time position, approximately 28 to 34 hours per week depending on final schedule details with some work from home (3 hours)
*What You?ll Do*
As our Chiropractic Office Assistant, your main responsibility is to help create a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
* Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out * Answer phones in a consistently friendly and professional manner * Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments * Manage email correspondence and patient communication * Maintain accurate patient records in our clinic software system * Help keep the daily schedule organized and running efficiently * Collect payments and discuss basic financial arrangements with patients * Assist with billing, receipts, and insurance-related administrative tasks * Prepare bank deposits when needed * Open and close the office * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming * Support the doctors and clinical team with administrative tasks * Follow office systems and day-to-day procedures * Assist with internal marketing, outreach, and patient education initiatives * Help at occasional internal or external events, seminars, or workshops * Most importantly, treat our patients like gold and help them feel cared for from the moment they contact us.

*Skills and Experience*
Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, wellness, or front desk office setting is an asset, but not required.
Helpful experience includes:
* Reception or administrative office experience * Electronic medical records or clinic software experience * Scheduling software experience * Multi-line phone systems * Payment processing and basic billing * Patient communication and customer service * Medical terminology or healthcare office experience * Strong general computer skills are required.
