*About the Position*
We are seeking an Support Technician. This unique role combines technical support, customer interaction and logistical duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered to sites the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Additionally, programming and other radio frequency (RF) tasks will be required to assist the Service Team. Comfort navigating major construction sites a must. Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) is required.Training will be provided.
*Roles and Responsibilities*
Coordination with the Service Manager to assist the service team as required
Installation and configuration of RF Equipment
Troubleshooting and Diagnosis
Deliver communications equipment to customer locations
Onsite Customer Support
*Skills and Qualifications*
Valid Ontario Drivers License
Clean Drivers? Abstract
Prior Customer Service Experience Preferred
Strong Attention to Detail
Ability to Work Unsupervised
Excellent Time Management Skills
Exceptional Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
Technical Skills as Asset
Must pass a Police Background Check
