We are looking for a motivated Graduate Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation team and play a key role in supporting the development and optimisation of our business systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and IT functions while developing valuable skills in ERP systems, business analysis, data management and digital transformation. Assisting with gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements throughout the ERP system lifecycle. Supporting the administration and continuous improvement of ERP, PMO platforms, reporting tools and other core business systems. Mapping business processes and helping translate them into efficient system workflows. Producing clear business documentation, including process maps, functional specifications and user requirements. Supporting data integration across ERP and connected systems such as PLM, MES, WMS, HR and reporting platforms. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, IT and business stakeholders to deliver successful projects. Assisting with ERP configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system optimisation. Creating reports, dashboards and data analysis to support business performance. Supporting the management of Bills of Materials (BoMs), product structures and associated business data. Assisting with data migration, validation and maintaining data integrity. Helping identify opportunities to improve business processes and system performance. Producing user guides and training materials to support successful system adoption. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives while developing your business analysis skills.
