The Role: As a Senior Product Manager , you will lead the strategy, discovery, development, and optimisation of complex digital products and customer journeys that deliver value for both customers and the business. You'll own high-impact product domains, working autonomously while aligning local market priorities with DAZN's global product strategy. Acting as the bridge between local market teams, Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Executive stakeholders, you'll ensure product decisions are driven by customer insight, data, and commercial opportunity. You'll lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through delivery and continuous optimization, while influencing strategic direction across multiple markets. This role requires an experienced product leader who combines strong commercial acumen with customer obsession, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys solving complex problems at scale. Owning the strategy, discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives from concept through launch and optimisation Defining product vision and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with DAZN's strategic objectives and measurable customer outcomes Leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and regional market teams Acting as the voice of the customer while balancing local market opportunities with global product priorities and technical constraints Using customer research, experimentation, analytics, and A/B testing to make data-informed product decisions and continuously improve customer experiences Developing robust business cases, defining success metrics, and evaluating product investments against customer impact, commercial value, and strategic priorities Building strong relationships with external partners, including operators, OEMs, payment providers, and telecommunications partners, to unlock new customer propositions Influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, communicating product strategy, roadmap, trade-offs, and business impact clearly and effectively
