You'll become the operational heartbeat of our rental business—connecting customers, equipment, branches, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every rental moves seamlessly from request to return. Your work directly impacts customer uptime, fleet utilization, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience. Rental Operations & Fleet Coordination Coordinate incoming rental requests from customers, Sales, and branch teams. Schedule equipment deliveries, pickups, transfers, exchanges, and returns. Maintain real-time visibility of fleet availability, equipment readiness, and rental status. Coordinate re-rent equipment through approved vendors when customer demand exceeds fleet availability. Help maximize fleet utilization while minimizing equipment downtime. Logistics & Equipment Movement Coordinate equipment movement between branches and customer locations throughout the Southeast. Support inventory visibility and equipment allocation. Partner with Transportation, Service, Sales, and Operations to keep equipment moving efficiently. Help resolve scheduling conflicts before they impact customers. Monitor equipment status and support continuous operational improvements. Customer & Business Support Serve as the primary communication hub between customers, vendors, branch teams, and internal departments. Provide accurate rental updates throughout the equipment lifecycle. Support billing, documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and rental records. Maintain accurate ERP and rental management system data. Deliver a customer experience built on responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through. What a Typical Week Looks Like No two days are exactly alike—and that's one of the reasons people enjoy this role. One moment you're coordinating a forklift delivery for a customer preparing for a production increase. The next, you're locating available equipment across multiple branches, arranging a transfer, processing rental documentation, or partnering with Service to prepare equipment for its next customer.
