We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences to join our iconic London teams. Our London Locations Each of our spas has its own unique heartbeat, and you’ll be working in the center of the city’s most vibrant districts. Lush Spa Covent Garden: Nestled in the historic heart of London’s theatre district, this spa is a cozy escape from the bustling market outside. It’s a space filled with character and charm, where the energy of the West End meets the soothing atmosphere of a traditional English spa. Lush Spa Oxford Street: Located within our massive anchor store, this is the ultimate hub of innovation. As one of the largest stores in the world, it’s a high-energy environment that attracts visitors from across the globe. This spa offers a peaceful retreat, offering a moment of quiet bliss just steps away from the bustling London streets. Good to know Start date & Onboarding The successful candidate will complete 2-3 weeks onboarding at their assigned location. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet their colleagues, and begin training. Treatment Training Upon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset . This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn our core treatments. Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH. Additionally, accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your stay. Training dates will be discussed during the interview. Performing Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business Looking after clients' experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene…) Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date Supporting stock control
